- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Placement in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur (MGR), and Jobsite (SPV & FM).
- Male, max. 40 years old (MGR), 27 – 35 years old (SPV), 24 – 28 years old (FM).
- Bachelors Degree from Law, Management, Technic Industry, or Psychology.
- At least 5 years working experience in Coal Mining (MGR), 3 – 5 years (SPV), at least 2 years (FM).
- Capable to develop and introduce HR policies and procedures.
