SERVICE TRAINING (ST)
Qualification :

• Min Diploma D3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering GPA min 2.75
• Age 22-24
• Good command in English
• Computer literate
• High motivated person
• Good in communication skill
• Having ability and passion to teach.
• Responsibilities : Assisting instructor start from course preparation until training executionImproving training contents/training material.

PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING (PED)
Qualification :

• D3/S1 Mechanical Eng. GPA min 2.75
• Age 22-25
• Fresh graduated
• Good command in English
• Independent person
• Good in negotiation skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Communicative and sociable
• Having knowledge in technical drawing (AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works)
• Computer literate
• Able to drive car (SIM A).
• Responsibilities
• Coordinate plant & assembly and handling local parts development process
• Handling purchase planning & buyer and manage supplier support.

SALES FORCE DEVELOPMENT (SFD)
Qualification :

• Experience as instructure is preferable
• S1 Engineering GPA min 2.75
• Age 23-27
• Good command in English
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Communicative and good in interpersonal skill
• Responsibilities
• Develop, improve, and evaluate of sales force competency
• Being instructure of product knowledge training
• Creating sales man manual & business presentation material.
