- Develop and assure the overall project cost estimation which include review and integrate contractor-produced
- estimates, develop cost estimation for pending or approved changes and prepare cost estimate updates, to be used as supporting document for project viability, project sanction, project execution plan, and AFE (authorization for expenditure) and WP&B
